WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experienced, skilled and enthusiastic graphic designer with a keen interest in the beauty and skincare landscape. This person will work cross-functionally across the True Botanicals marketing team to execute creative briefs, producing high-quality assets for social media, digital platforms, and print collateral — and ensure all deliverables align with our standards of creativity, consistency, and quality. The designer will have the ability to bring creative ideas to the table; researching concepts, developing designs, and delivering final assets for internal review. Reporting to the Creative Lead at True Botanicals, this role requires close collaboration with the creative, brand, and digital teams to bring the True Botanicals design vision to life. The ideal candidate is based in the Bay Area, but we are open to offering this role as a remote position. WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Conceptualize and design digital marketing materials: paid advertising / organic social media assets, printed brand and retail collateral Work closely with members of our team to create consistent brand materials across marketing channels and website content Research and develop concepts across multiple projects, creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative discussion Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously Bring enthusiasm about expanding your skill set and working on a broad range of projects Problem solve to find innovative solutions to design challenges while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project objectives Identify, collect, and organize usable visual assets that can be used to design branded materials WHO YOU ARE 3-4 years experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and/or web design with exceptional conceptual, typographic and design skills. Bachelor’s degree Ideally have experience within the luxury and/or beauty/skincare sector Well-informed and aware of the current beauty landscape and skincare trends, always bringing fresh ideas Agency/in-house agency experience a plus Extremely organized with a focus on timely delivery and excellent communication skills Proactive in identifying issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions Self-motivated and highly organized to consistently deliver against agreed deadlines Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment, with strong attention to detail and perfectionist attitude Short-form video editing experience is a plus Self-motivated, positive can-do attitude and forward thinking An extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Must submit a link or attachment including any relevant design work and/or a portfolio please include link in your resume J-18808-Ljbffr
