This role involves supporting students' academic and emotional well-being by conducting assessments, providing counseling, and offering intervention strategies. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to foster a positive learning environment and help students succeed. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students with emotional, social, or behavioral concerns. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students develop coping strategies and social skills. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and implement strategies that support students' academic achievement. Develop and monitor IEP goals and provide guidance on behavioral interventions. Offer crisis intervention and support for students in distress. Engage in consultations with parents and educators to discuss student progress and strategies. Qualifications: Masters degree or higher in School Psychology (required). California School Psychologist Certification (required). Experience in a school or educational setting (preferred).
