The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent Min 3 years of related financial services experience Analytical skills, communication skills, PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flowcharting software, relationship management, facilitation skills MBA would be a plus. The person who secures this position will: Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues Draft detailed requirements and related documentation Participate in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation Plan, organize and control the activities of project team members. Oversee the development and implementation of a project plan. Manage and control project scope. Manage overall project communication and resolve issues. Lead the preparation of business case, cost/benefit analysis, contingency planning and risk assessment. Oversee the development of recommendations regarding systems or process design solutions and process improvements. Develop and ensure the quality of applicable project life cycle deliverables. Serve as a technical, subject matter resource for systems and business line staff.
