Position: Financial Controller - 13 Week Assignment Location: Lawton, OK Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Duration: 13 Weeks Job Type: Full-Time Temporary (13-week contract) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a 13-week assignment in Lawton, OK. As a senior-level director, the Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations and accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as extensive experience in accounting and finance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Oversee internal controls and coordinate external and internal audits. Develop financial strategies to improve business performance and mitigate financial risks. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic business decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry standards. Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members to achieve departmental goals. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
