Title: Accounting Manager, Family Office Location: Iselin NJ area Salary – $125 – 135k plus bonus Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote Overview Accounting Manager opening with a prestigious, stable and growing Family Office based in Middlesex County, NJ. CPA with 5 years of accounting experience desired. Responsibilities Oversee the month-end close, reconciliation of internal accounts, and financial statement preparation for investment holding entities, trusts, and foundations Review monthly, quarterly, annual reports Review daily bank and brokerage account cash activities Oversee the reconciliation of investment activity Oversee bank and brokerage account activities Review cash flow projections. Serve as point person for annual financial audits Review pro forma and other financial reports Lead special projects for Senior Management Partner with high-net-worth individuals and families with the utmost confidentiality Provide a high-level of personal financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA Public accounting experience highly preferred 5 years of relevant accounting experience Family office or Fund Accounting experience preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
