Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality The Opportunity Support the Levity team as their line manager. Ensure all Levity prescriptions are dispensed and dispatched in line with Pharmacy SLAs. Assist with the maintenance of inventory for the department. This is a full time onsite role in our Delray Beach Warehouse. What you'll be doing: Order Fulfillment Managment: Supervise the end-to-end order processing workflow, from picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring all orders are dispatched on time and meet quality standards. Optimize picking routes and packing stations to increase efficiency and reduce handling times. Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and maintain high standards in packing and shipping. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain) to resolve issues related to orders, shipping, or stock levels. Manage high order volumes efficiently, especially during peak seasons and promotional events. ​​Handle cold storage and temperature-sensitive items according to safety and quality guidelines, ensuring orders are packed and shipped in compliance with storage requirements. Line Management- Create ROTA for the Levity team, making necessary adjustments based on team needs. Assist Pharmacy Operations Manager with optimizing workflows. Maintain a neat and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines Training of new team members Responsible for conducting performance reviews for their direct reports and hold performance review conversations with team members to ensure continuous improvement and development Inventory management- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in restocking or cycle counting as necessary. Other Pharmacy Tasks- Packaging, labeling, etc. Who You Are: You have proven Leadership experience as a team lead, line manager, or supervisor, preferably within a warehouse, mail-order pharmacy, or distribution environment. You have a strong background in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce operations, including managing workflows, ensuring productivity, and resolving team issues. You have expertise in overseeing picking, packing, and shipping processes, particularly for high-volume orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, even during peak times. You have hands-on experience with cold chain processes, including packaging and shipping temperature-sensitive products, and managing cold storage systems. You have a familiarity with insulated boxes, ice packs, and other cold chain packaging materials is highly preferred. You have Inventory Management experience- conducting inventory counts, knowledge of managing stock levels, communicating stock levels and help ensure continuous availability of inventory. You have Training&Development experience- Experience onboarding and training new staff, providing mentorship, and ensuring continuous development of the team You pay attention to detail: To ensure proper medication dispensing and order fulfillment. You have the ability to provide constructive feedback and address issues proactively. You have the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage schedules, and ensure productivity. You have a strong familiarity with Google, in particular in Google Sheets Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus but not required Why work with us?
