This role enjoys 75% travel and 25% home office , managing travel to present innovative high-profile campus dining solutions to our C-Suite Executive campus clients, and managing the business drivers for culinary innovation for our client partners. Our Executive Leader will articulate their demonstrated history of higher education campus contract dining services Master Planning with proven growth in meal plan sales and a solid understanding of successful management of National Retail Brands, including real estate and retail planning. Our Strategic Consultant will synthesize and present large swaths of data to influence Campus Administration to optimize the business. High profile executive presence is required for success in the role. Key Responsibilities: Campus meal plan innovation and engineering Support sales, retention, and solution development Master Planning for campus and higher education foodservice at key accounts Real estate and retail planning including location selection and campus dining innovation This position requires 75% travel.
