The Director, Research Partnerships and Tech Transfer at the client is responsible for leading efforts to establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations to facilitate the transfer of technology and research developments. This role involves collaborating with industry, academia, and government agencies to identify opportunities for collaboration and technology commercialization. The Director will work closely with internal research teams to identify intellectual property and develop strategies for protecting and licensing inventions.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in research partnerships, technology transfer, and intellectual property management. They will have experience in negotiating and managing agreements with external partners, as well as a deep understanding of the technology commercialization process.
