Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Director of Self-Storage and Leasing to oversee the operations of our self-storage facilities and drive sales. This person will also be responsible for rent collections and leasing at multiple other properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in self-storage management. Key Responsibilities: Establish sales quotas and goals for the division Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, increase occupancy rates, and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and leasing strategies. Foster relationships with local partners and potential clients. Implement and manage effective collection procedures including regular reporting. Oversee budgeting and financial management of properties, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Report on team and individual performance. Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure consistent service delivery across all locations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in self-storage management or a related field Management or Supervision experience Strong understanding of property management, leasing, and collections processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
