We are offering a healthy work-life balance with flexibility, great benefits AND MORE Benefits: • Competitive Wages and Benefits package • Flexible Schedule • Paid time off • 401k Job Qualifications: • Education: • Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field is a plus • Licensing Certification: • Required: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of OH. • Experience: • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership or management, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting. • Preferred: Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement programs, and staff development. • Skills Competencies: • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, state and federal regulations, and healthcare standards. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare-related software. • Other: • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality patient care. • Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex care scenarios. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Leadership Management: • Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care. • Foster a positive and collaborative environment with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., physicians, therapists, social workers). • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and budgets to meet operational and clinical needs. • Ensure the training and ongoing development of nursing staff through education, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities. • Clinical Oversight: • Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care delivered to residents, ensuring adherence to the facility's care plans and regulatory guidelines. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all healthcare regulations, including state and federal laws (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CMS regulations). • Oversee the coordination of patient assessments, care plans, and implementation of individualized care for residents. • Act as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, offering guidance on complex clinical issues. • Regulatory Compliance Quality Improvement: • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including those of CMS, Joint Commission, and other relevant bodies. • Lead initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, utilizing data-driven approaches to identify and address areas for improvement. • Participate in facility audits, surveys, and inspections, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed. • Resident Care Family Communication: • Address any concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff, and resolve them in a timely and compassionate manner. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and advocate for residents' rights and well-being. • Strategic Planning Budgeting: • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency. • Participate in budget planning, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of care.
