Director of Mobile Services The Director will manage all aspects of mobile outreach services, including outreach, marketing, advertising and development of strategic partnerships, and volunteer engagements. Responsibilities Lead the team of Outreach Coordinators Provide direct (occasionally on-site) and indirect supervision (remotely through virtual meeting and data analysis) to manage and lead outreach teams and team leaders, with responsibility of supervision for overseeing the overall performance of the team Provide day-to-day coaching to subordinates, hold regular supervision meetings, and conduct formal performance reviews for the team Identify professional development opportunities for direct and indirect reports Evaluate HR needs to develop solutions and implement plans for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, developing, and evaluating staff for mobile services Use outcome data to drive programmatic decisions and identify ways to course-correct if program areas are under-performing Work closely with CFO to create and manage the program budget and look for opportunities for savings and efficiency Collaborate closely with Director of Operations/COO and Outreach Team Leaders to achieve outcomes and implement strategies to improve performance Collaborate with external organizations and strategic partners to implement mobile outreach programs Collect feedback from customers and collaborating partners to help assess team performance Help identify program improvements and better policies, participate in management meetings to plan for performance improvements Evaluate and analyze all aspects of outreach programs, perform research, compile data, and write summary reports for executive staff Help organizations with branding, marketing, and advancement in social media. Maintain/develop the organization’s websites and social media and create promotional materials and other publications Analyze, strategize, and help develop and expand outreach programs Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other functions, travel, and work with community partners as necessary Assist in other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills&Abilities Maintain considerable judgment to work independently and with little guidance; a flexible schedule is required. Great communication skills, public speaking, and ability to communicate with all levels of management. Experience working in a team-based environment and ability to adapt to a leadership role. Fluent computer skills and the software required to track records and run reports. Preferred software knowledge includes Microsoft Office – Access, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe. Will be required to learn Goshen’s electronic medical records and practice management systems. Travel throughout the GMC service area required. Education&Experience Requires a 4-year college degree in Communication, Marketing, and/or business management. A master’s degree preferred, not required. 5 years of experience in management and leading teams, HR experience is a plus. Reports Directly to: CEO J-18808-Ljbffr
