Key Responsibilities: As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in various aspects of legal case preparation, research, and documentation. You’ll play a key role in organizing and managing case files, assisting with contract reviews, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Prepare legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Organize and manage case files, ensuring documentation is current and complete. Assist with contract reviews and support attorneys throughout litigation processes. Maintain strict adherence to all deadlines to ensure efficient case progression. 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree required Experience in Intellectual Property Law preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
