Qualities We Seek in the Ideal Candidate: Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service Proficient in coordinating dental treatment plans, scheduling, charting, and conducting pre-treatment assessments Experience in managing PPO insurance and service fees Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes Manage incoming emails and phone calls promptly and courteously Coordinate and organize appointments efficiently Discuss and present treatment plans to patients Communicate with patients regarding pre-treatment cost estimates Confirm appointments made through Zoc Doc and online platforms Maintain and update daily schedule, including follow-up and recall reports Collaborate with dentists and support staff in delivering top-notch service Qualifications: Proficient in using Dentrix software for seamless communication within the practice Possess a polite and task-focused demeanor Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively Motivated and compassionate towards patients and their care Experienced in dental receptionist duties Enthusiastic and passionate about the field of dentistry Goal-oriented and focused on production Exceptional customer service skills to provide top-tier patient care Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate practice needs Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly About Soul Dental: Soul Dental is a contemporary, energetic, and growing company co-founded by two female friends.
