Our client is seeking a talented and driven Debt Finance attorney with a focus on Energy&Infrastructure to join their leading AmLaw 10 firm in its Washington office. Our client’s market-leading Debt Finance Practice group is recognised by Chambers&Partners for its outstanding work and excellence in client service. The firm has the largest dedicated group of Debt Finance practitioners in the marketplace, with an exceptional commercial understanding of the US and international financing markets. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of significant experience in advising Private Equity and Infrastructure Fund clients on investments in Energy and Infrastructure assets. You will have significant experience in representing financial institutions, funds, non-traditional lenders, companies and financial sponsors in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of Debt Financing and Restructuring transactions. You will be adept at both bank and bond offerings in Leveraged Finance acquisition. You may have also done extensive work in the areas of Private Equity, Structured Finance and Securitisation and Venture Capital Finance. Annual salary range: $225,000 – $370,000 J-18808-Ljbffr
