We are seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time Clinical Services Case Management Manager position in the Developmental Disability Services Program. About This Role: In this role, you will perform complex professional work designed to provide a full range of intellectual disability, developmental disability, mental health, substance abuse, and/or prevention services to clients. The daily work involves the assessment, intervention, counseling/therapy, treatment, and rehabilitation of clients with varying degrees of problems requiring advanced clinical knowledge and skills in working with clients and families and may be performed in such diverse settings as residential program sites, psychological clubhouses, schools, clients’ homes, and outpatient clinics. Preferences: Requires bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science field. 5 years of experience in the delivery of human services in an Intellectual Disabilities/ Developmental Disabilities program. 2 years professional level supervisory experience. Experience providing clinical supervision and direct service in an Intellectual Disabilities/ Developmental Disabilities program. Experience with Medicaid and Developmental Disabilities Waiver, including completion of assessment, Individual Service Plan (ISP) development and facilitation of team meetings. Experience coordinating with multiple agencies. Able to obtain Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) certification within 30 days from hire. Special Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license; Must pass DMV record check. Must pass TB test. Offer of employment contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprinted-based national criminal history record check. Child Protective Services Requirements: Effective 1999, mandated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services 12VA35-105-400 rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services related to Criminal Registry Checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglect maintained by the Department of Social Services. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, based in our Woodbridge office, requires a 5–day work week and typical work hours are 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Starting Salary Range: $91,162.50 - $121,836.00 This position qualifies for a hiring bonus of $5,000. This bonus will be paid in two equal installments as funds permit. The first installment of $2500 is payable after (90) days of employment have been completed. The final $2,500 installment will be payable following the completion of the probationary period.
