2 years Customer Service call center environment experience required Work from home experience Responsibilities It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns Representatives are expected to provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm ET Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations and reimbursement issues Outbound calls to follow up on open issues that required additional research by the representative, another department or the PBM This could also include returning voicemails or a call campaign Works with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members including contract updates, industry news and trends Once tenured in role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups Qualifications 3 years of related experience Must live in TX or OH 2 years Customer Service call center environment experience required Work from home experience Benefits As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered Our Base Pay Range for this position: $16.70 - $27.83 McKesson is an impact-driven, Fortune 10 company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare.
