About the Role GoodRx is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Developer to execute email, push, in-app and SMS communications to support CRM initiatives. You will collaborate and work with various teams to design&implement multi-channel campaigns within the CRM ecosystem. You will stitch together complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will document&follow best practices in developing and executing campaigns. You will assist with troubleshooting issues within the platform by collaborating with cross-functional team members. Responsibilities Build multi-channel (email, push, in-app, SMS) campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Work closely with all members of the CRM team and cross-functional partners to bring lifecycle campaigns to life by being hands on with all facets of campaign production including, but not limited to dynamic coding, segmentation, A/B testing, QA Follow a CRM production schedule to ensure that launch deadlines are being met Perform quality assurance on every campaign to ensure that campaigns are executed error free and that the user experience is optimal Lead campaign intake, gather requirements, and tackle challenges collaboratively with stakeholders for seamless solutions Ensure that data required for CRM campaigns are available within our platforms Troubleshoot&perform root cause analysis for issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation used in campaigns Run campaign experiments designed to impact key metrics Assist in user training and actively promote team's user adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Develop technical expertise in all of our campaign and CRM related tools through daily usage and ongoing training Stay up to date with the rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem Skills&Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology or related discipline preferred Minimum of 5 years hands on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience Proven experiencing launching complex high-touch, high-visibility omni-channel campaigns on a frequent basis in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deep understanding in digital marketing best practices, HTML, ampscript, and creative design for impactful digital communication strategies Expertise in building, dynamic coding, segmentation, testing, analysis, and optimization. Expertise in using journey builder and related components for outbound communication deployment Experience with mobile marketing channels (push, in-app, SMS) Experience building campaigns to conduct reliable A/B tests Hands on experience with Segment, Redshift, Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred Experience with Salesforce CDP is a plus Effective time and resource management skills with the ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities with flexibility. Well organized with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and organization skills. At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices: $96,000.00 - $154,000.00 New York Office: $88,000.00 - $141,000.00 Santa Monica Office: $80,000.00 - $128,000.00 Other Office Locations: $72,000.00 - $115,000.00 GoodRx also offers additional compensation programs such as annual cash bonuses and annual equity grants for most positions as well as generous benefits.
