Job Responsibilities: Lead technician team, providing technical support to converting process, implementing production technology, processability and quality improvement. Introduce the new machine/process and technology of RFID manufacturing to achieve a more stable process and higher productivity. Create, review, update, and train production personnel on WI/SOP. Investigate issues in daily production and develop solutions. Train and develop technicians and operators. Cooperate with NPI engineer and production team for new product introduction. Raise requirements to suppliers to improve both software and hardware. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience in lamination, converting, or printing processes. Familiarity with machines (structure&working theory) and related processes. Industrial control and RFID-related experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative, and energy. Cost and quality orientation.
