Duties - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer IV infusions and manage medication administration as per protocols. - Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication. - Provide pain management support and educate patients on pain relief options. - Deliver urgent care services in critical situations as needed. - Perform dialysis procedures when required, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Execute phlebotomy tasks for blood draws and specimen collection. - Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Qualifications - Valid nursing license in the state of practice or Compact if compact state.
