Locations Include: WA, OR, ID Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, providing essential care to patients in need. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer IV infusions and manage medication administration as per protocols. - Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication. - Provide pain management support and educate patients on pain relief options. - Deliver urgent care services in critical situations as needed. - Perform dialysis procedures when required, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Execute phlebotomy tasks for blood draws and specimen collection. - Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Qualifications - Valid nursing license in the state of practice or Compact if compact state.
