Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, maintenance, and reporting in, of and from the Contract Database (CDB); verification and processing of various forms used by Network Management, HR, Corporate and IS; and gathering provider information from a variety of sources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Prepares, sends, and routes contracts per Data Management policies and procedures. Tracks provider contracts and related forms. Gathers and consolidates provider data from a variety of internal and external sources. Corresponds with internal and external sources regarding the accuracy and loading of information in internal and external databases. Prints, copies, scans, organizes and distributes all provider contract routing forms. Verifies accuracy of provider information documented in reports. Coordinates provider contracts with credentialing status to ensure only credentialed providers are loaded in the CDB. All other duties directed by management. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23 per hour - $25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Requirements: Ability to review and interpret contract language preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Typing/Data entry skills and accuracy. Proficient in the use of personal computers, including MS Office applications, internet access and browsing. Medical group or IPA operations information systems management experience preferred.
