Job Description Purpose&Scope: Oversees the planning, design, implementation, and tracking of short-term and long-term construction projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field required. Experience: Four years of construction experience in institutional construction, facilities planning, or healthcare is required. One year of experience in physical plant operations and construction - building renovations is required. Certification/Licensure: PMP preferred. Pay&Benefits: Commensurate with experience.
