Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing team The Property Manager is responsible for creating, implementing and enforcing systems to enact and enforce the policies and goals set by the board of directors. Additionally the manager coordinate on daily operations and handles escalation of issues as needed. The Property Managers Duties include but not limited to Duties and Responsibilities System implementation Budget monitoring Contract review Job description development Staff oversight and discipline Building Inspections Quality of Service Control Staff Meetings Board Meeting Attendance CC&R enforcement Liability Mitigation Covenants Committee coordination Board Communication Resident Issue Escalation Review of reports Resident memos and communications Preparing RFP and RFQ Soliciting Bids and meeting with Contractors Level setting bids Creating bid comparisons for decision makers Creating and maintain records of projects Creating timetables and project deadlines Qualifications: Previous experience in property management with a community lager than 150 residents Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors Strong negotiation skills Good manners Excellent written and verbal communication skills College degree is preferred Knowledge of Building Link, CRM systems, Power BI and Business Central is preferred Company Description We are a growing company who believes our employees are the foundation of our success and strive to create a work environment that helps everyone succeed and provide a great experience to our residents and unit owners.
