Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned properties Schedule and oversee contract vendors Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner Prepare and manage budgets Collect rent, and handle late payments when necessary Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc. Visit sites on a regular basis Skills 1 years in property management or a similar role Understanding property management and its financial aspects In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software including ResMan, Bluemoon, OneSite, ADP, etc Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Strong written and oral communication skills Organized with excellent time management skills Ability to multitask efficiently Customer service oriented If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
