This Property Manager will gain experience in a Class A setting with office space as well as ground-floor retail. This Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing property value, and meeting financial goals. This role involves oversight of maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and tenant relations, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards. Duties Include: Overseeing daily property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinating and manage vendor contracts and service agreements. Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Conducting regular tenant meetings and property visits to maintain strong relationships and tenant satisfaction. Developing, implementing, and managing the property budget, including expenses, revenue, and forecasts. Tracking and controlling expenses, managing accounts payable/receivable, and overseeing the collection of rent and tenant charges. Ensuring all properties adhere to applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitoring insurance coverage and mitigating risk through proactive property inspections and maintenance. Preparing and presenting regular financial and operational reports, including variance analysis, budget forecasts, and occupancy reports. Providing recommendations to senior management on improvements and opportunities for growth. Requirements: At least five years' experience in commercial property management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software experience a plus
