Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee property management operations within your assigned portfolio, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, budgeting, and compliance. This position is located in Long Beach, CA, Temp to Hire Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay rate $20- $24 D.O.E. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant relations, lease renewals, and property improvements. Coordinate vendor relations, maintenance schedules, and inspections. Utilize Yardi Voyager for property tasks, invoice processing, and property analysis. Track and collect tenant payments, monitor delinquencies, and manage legal proceedings as needed. Conduct regular market surveys and provide timely reports. Skills&Qualifications: Real Estate License Required Experience with commercial/retail properties, Yardi Voyager, and lease negotiations. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work weekends and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
