Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining building operations and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities: Serve as primary point of contact for all tenant relations, addressing concerns, requests and service issues promptly and professionally Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs or maintenance tasks are addressed in a timely manner Oversee rent collections, enforce lease terms and handle tenant disputes and delinquent accounts Develop and manage property budgets, control operational expenses and present financial reports Collaborate with leasing agents to fill vacant spaces, negotiate lease agreements and assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs Coordinate with contractors for necessary building repairs, maintenance and upgrades Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal property regulations, including safety and environmental standards Plan and execute capital improvement projects, renovations, and other property enhancements Work closely with existing tenants on lease renewal agreements. Qualifications: Previous experience in property management or other related fields Strong understanding of commercial leasing, tenant relations and property maintenance Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Yardi, Building Engines) and Microsoft Office Suite Holds Arizona Real Estate License and is in good standing
