Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager Job Category: Client Services Requisition Number: COMME003666 Posted: October 10, 2024 Employment Type: Full-Time Locations Location: Houston, TX 77065, USA Description Higginbotham , a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager for our Houston, TX office. The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance to include processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies Processing endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to client Processing of audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums Handling/processing of cancellations and billing issues Communication with staff and clients as needed to gather needed information for changes to policies Knowledge of and adherence to agency procedures Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability and desire to work with people Above average mathematical skills Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail Computer skills including agency management system and Windows Office products Team player with a collaborative attitude Respectful work style towards both internal and external stakeholders Highly motivated, self-starter who works independently to accomplish established agency goals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Accountable for actions and delivers on commitments Commitment to continuous learning Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in property and casualty servicing preferred Property and Casualty license required (company will help candidate obtain licensure if needed) Systems: EPIC (AMS) experience is preferred , but not required Other AMS or CRM software experience is preferred, but not required Generous employee benefits package which includes a robust wellness program.
