RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform field inspections for rental housing program Read and examine plans and specifications when required Report violations and maintain files/records Perform other related duties as required KNOWLEDGE&SKILLS: Interpretation of codes in the field and ability to provide code compliant solutions Ability to work with all levels of management; strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish priorities, work independently in rapidly changing environment, and function as group leader.
