Harbor Care is seeking a highly effective and experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to help further our mission. Hybrid schedule available for licensed clinicians. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs): Harbor Care Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in the wonderful Student Loan Repayment Program called the National Health Services Corps (NHSC). Eligibility for student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps, has several programs awarding 50K-250K for a 2-6-year commitment, with opportunity for continuation. Awards can be used to make lump sum or monthly student loan payments. Employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program to have any remaining balance forgiven after 10 years of employment. Many of our providers take advantage of these programs and describe them as “life-changing”. This is one of the many great benefits of working at Harbor Care. Basic Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, human services, or related field Be aware of and adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR rules and regulations. Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and EMR experience. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed in the State of New Hampshire as an LICSW, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist Dually licensed LADC or MLADC preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to provide clinically sound treatment services based on client needs and treatment plans. Demonstrated understanding of diagnostic evaluation methods, mental status exams, use of the DSM-V Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance misuse disorders and ability to treat these concurrently Ability to respond to a range of client needs using differential diagnosis and treatment approaches. Ability to maintain clinical records in timely compliance with agency policy and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external members of your clients' treatment team, including valuing an integrated treatment approach. Responsibilities: Provide a variety of treatment services including individual, group, family, and marital therapy. Provide clinical services including intake/diagnostic assessments, case evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed. Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Participate in regularly scheduled group and individual clinical supervision. Maintain clinical records in accordance with insurance regulations and established clinic policies and procedures.
