Clinical Educator - Sterile Processing Job Description Overview Plans, facilitates, implements, and evaluates trainings for clinical team members. Ensures clinical instruction is properly coordinated and team members receive adequate medical and technical instruction, exposure, and experience in their professional discipline. Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
