Interprets data, identifies solutions to organizational issues, and implements those solutions as needed. Works directly with clinical departments to improve clinical practices and standards and optimize workflows and systems. Cross-trains with other analysts and participates in continuing education. Serves as a change agent in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical systems. Works as a liaison between Providers, clinicians, vendors, and other IT staff. Job Requirements Associate's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a clinically oriented health field; or experienced LPN licensure in state of practice. If LPN, current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. If RN, current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
