Job Responsibilities: Technical Support: Address client inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Problem Solving: Leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues across various systems and platforms. Customer Service: Deliver world-class support, building strong relationships with our clients. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and product owners to identify and resolve technical challenges. Knowledge Management: Maintain and update our knowledgebase to enhance support efficiency. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall support quality. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within an enterprise environment. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms, networking, and Active Directory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Citrix/VMware/VDI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Mac systems. Proficiency in Unix command line and voice infrastructure systems.
