Zurich is accepting applications for our 2025 Claims Training Program in our Dallas - Addison, TX office. About the Role Are you customer-focused? Do you like a challenge? Our Claims Training Program helps you build the skills required to support our customers in lines of business that may include Workers’ Compensation, Property, General Liability, and Auto. As a Zurich Claims Trainee, you’ll be joining a team with a top-notch reputation. Customers who have experienced our claims service are twice as likely to recommend Zurich. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and no prior experience required in the Customer Service area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 year of experience in the Customer Service area AND Microsoft Office experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations and/or community, public service, or similar activities Corporate internship experience or corporate work experience Willingness to embrace the Zurich Basics of Integrity, Sustainability, Customer Centricity, Excellence, and Teamwork At Zurich North America Claims, we acknowledge that work-life balance and flexibility are a priority when it comes to choosing your next career move.
