Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Will work in collaboration with the attending physician and will provide comprehensive health assessments and develop a plan of care for the patient population. Will also document in the medical record by recording subjective, objective data, assessment and plan records data in a consistent, legible, accurate, concise and timely manner. Duties Provide patient/family education and utilize prescriptive authority working in collaboration with the attending physician. Able to perform majority of patient care functions needed in the acute care setting with minimal orientation and supervision.
