Midwest Regional drivers can earn up to $0.76 cents per mile, depending on experience Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you MIDWEST REGIONAL TRUCK DRIVER PAY AND INFO: Earn up to $0.76 per mile, depending on experience Weekly load minimum: $180 All miles paid loaded and empty (unless going home) Additional stops and pick-ups: $40 Driver unload pay Detention pay Layover/Breakdown pay All lumpers are paid for by JBS Mandatory $0.10 cents per Diem Drivers can expect occasional nights at home per week, depending on home location (not guaranteed) BENEFITS and BONUSES: $1,500 Retention Bonus Health Benefits: vision, medical, and dental coverage. Benefit eligibility begins after 60 days of employment Paid: sick leave and six company observed holidays 401(k) match of up to 50% on the first 4% of contributions. Company match begins at one year of service and follows a five year vesting schedule Rider Policy: available after 3 months Pet Policy: availalble, ask for details Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal Bonuses: Retention and monthly safety bonuses Better Futures Program: Pays for your or a dependent's community college tuition Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3 months WORK and ROUTE: Average Weekly Miles: 1,600 and up to 2,000 Main Driving Region: Multi-State Truck Assignments: could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal Most dispatches will be picking up a loaded trailer from one of the five Pork plants or 4 Beef plants, live unloading at customer, and empty back to nearby Beef or Pork plant CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements: At least 21 years old CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience Take a closer look at JBS Carriers – we want to help you succeed
