This position requires working in all types of weather including but not limited to high and low temperatures, wind, snow, and rain. This position is very physical and the selected applicant should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, shovel, climb up and down, use ladders, bend, crawl, stoop, push, pull, reach overhead, and twist as appropriate. Rate: $21-$23 per hour Schedule: Fulltime, 45 hours, including the occasional Saturday Ready-Mix Driver Responsibilities: Safely operate ready mix truck and deliver concrete to customers Perform daily safety checks on equipment before and after the trip Follow and maintain safety protocols and report any issues or incidents Contribute to company data by accurately tracking and documenting activities Do light maintenance on ready mix truck Keep ready mix truck clean Effectively communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and customers Ready-Mix Driver Qualifications: Previous driving experience Commercial driver’s license Class A or B Ability to handle physical workload Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to time manage Strong Customer Service skills Have reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens Benefits: Competitive and comprehensive benefits package Paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, and 401(k) plan with a 3% match Ary Corporation is an EEO employer.
