We pay you for loaded and unloaded miles at an average of $.65 to $.70 CPM. No DUI/DWI/Implied Consent/controlled substance-related violation in the past 60 months Overall safe driving record and stable work history Roadside Inspection Violations reviewed case-by-case Felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed case-by-case
