Job Description Job Description About the position The Case Manager Assistant position at The Founders Law Firm is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to break into the personal injury law field. This position is crucial in supporting the legal team by ensuring smooth case management from intake to resolution. The role offers hands-on experience in personal injury processes and opportunities for long-term growth within the firm. Responsibilities Work FULL TIME Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Assist Case Managers with client communication, follow-ups, and status updates Collect, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other legal documents Maintain accurate case files, ensuring all information is updated in the system Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to ensure timely case progression Monitor deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on time Support gathering evidence and preparing demand letters Data entry and managing case management software efficiently Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail Excellent at following directions and working under deadlines Legal administrative experience Research skills in a legal setting Familiarity with legal case management software such as Lexis-Nexis and Neos Strong writing skills for legal documents Attention to detail for document review and proofreading Organizational skills for managing case files Clerical experience for administrative tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced law office environment A self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn Passionate about helping clients and working in a collaborative environment DISCLAIMER The job tasks listed above are subject to change and may not reflect all tasks required.
