Aged&Disability Support (Community Services&Development) Bethanie is a leading not for profit aged care provider based in Western Australia. We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home located in Eaton. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Fields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to provide support for people who need 24 hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia. You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members. These roles are offered on a permanent part time basis working at least three shifts per week across the following: 6am - 1pm 7am - 3pm 3pm - 9pm 10pm - 6am Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to our residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
