Urgent need for Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for Seattle, WA Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' cardiovascular health, including history taking and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines. Perform diagnostic procedures such as phlebotomy and catheterization as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients in assisted living and senior care settings. Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately using electronic medical records systems like Epic. Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health management, including lifestyle modifications and medication adherence. Provide emergency medical care when necessary, ensuring timely intervention for acute cardiovascular issues. Manage tube feeding protocols for patients requiring nutritional support. Full time Coverage Looking for Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts, but must also be willing to do 4 10-hour shifts/week if necessary. No weekends.
