WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and inspire small group activities in our dynamic camp setting. Engage campers in fun and culturally relevant ways, sparking their enthusiasm for learning. Plan and implement exciting program activities that align with YMCA values. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are always met. Adhere to YMCA policies, including medical, disciplinary, and emergency procedures. Report any incidents or items needing repair to your supervisor. Inspect activity areas, ensuring they are safe and setting boundaries for camper safety. Model and promote respect for all participants and staff. Maintain a positive attitude and serve as a role model. Perform other duties as assigned. YMCA COMPETENCIES Community: Passionate about serving others and meeting community needs.
