Business Traineeship - Customer Engagement Allcare Monitoring Services have an exciting opportunity to join their team to complete a Business Traineeship - Customer Engagement ABOUT THE BUSINESS Allcare Monitoring is a Grade A1 24/7 Central Monitoring Station with 20 years of history. Allcare Monitoring monitors Commercial and Residential security alarms, Medical and duress alarms through a number of industries including domestic, corporate, aged care and service sectors. ABOUT THE ROLE Allcare Monitoring are looking for TWO new trainees for either of the following qualifications: CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 3) BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 4) BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business Responsibilities and Duties may include: Follow standard monitoring response procedures according to AS2201.2 Respond to alarm/event activations in a timely manner Liaise with clients/stakeholders regarding alarm/event activations Record all actions clearly and accurately in Patriot monitoring platform Update client information accurately in Patriot monitoring platform Proactively participate as a member of the Central Monitoring Station team Required Skills and Attributes: Customer Service skills - with both external and internal customers Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in person and over the phone Polite phone manner Maintain professionalism in all interactions Be curious.
