Business Development Director — The Pailin Group Professional Search Consultants Location: New York Job Ref: USNYC/000015 Our client is the global leader in international relocations. We are currently seeking a Business Development Director to work at our locations in NJ and San Francisco, CA Area. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all moving services sales activities, from lead generation to close in the assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon business plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the territory. Works within the sales and support team for the achievement of revenue generation and long-term sales goals in line with company vision and values. Responsible for the sales of professional moving services to corporations in respective territory. Demonstrates technical selling skills ability and moving service knowledge. Develops annual business plan in conjunction with VP North America Sales. Thorough understanding in the development of proposals and RFP responses. Self-driven individual with history of achieving production results. Maintains database of qualified leads through references, phone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on HR, business owners and key executives. Creates and conducts effective presentations that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and solutions that will be achieved in utilizing company services. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up in assigned territory. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects of various solutions the company offers to their business. Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales. Experience in moving services a plus. Experience in working with Supply Chain and HR Management. Willingness to travel and work in a global team. Proven ability to achieve sales production results. Sales training, presentation training a plus.
