Qualifications The Business Customer Service Representative requires: Knowledge/experience in a high volume, production environment. One or more years of B2B experience. Multiple systems knowledge (ECPD, ACSS, WFM). Strong mathematical and statistical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint). Experience providing support to internal and external customers. Ability to partner with the Business Sales Channel to service our customers, assist with escalations, and handle large research requests as required.
