Job Description: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S. or its equivalent and two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. Min 5 years of related financial services experience. Analytical skills, communication skills, PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flow charting software, relationship management, facilitation skills. Trading and FX trading preferred. The person who secures this position will: Project work associated with FX Connect trading platform. Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. Draft detailed requirements and related documentation. Participate in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs, and preparing project documentation. Assist in the analysis of current processes and recommend solutions and improved processes. May assist in the analysis of user interface design efforts; participate in design sessions, document and validate recommendations. J-18808-Ljbffr
