What we offer: $20.25/hour starting wage (extra $1/hr premium pay for nights and weekends) $1,000 for CDL sign-on bonus Paid CDL training Medical/Dental/Vision health benefits with full-time position Paid time off with full-time position Part-time positions available Ability to advance your career Responsibilities: Drive a transit bus and transport passengers safely, timely and efficiently Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe environment Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns Other duties as required to ensure a safe and courteous ride for our passengers Qualifications: Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent A valid drivers’ license in good standing with the ability to obtain a CDL permit Possess excellent customer service and communication skills Spanish speaking a plus Punctual with an emphasis on attendance MUST obtain CDL Permit with passenger endorsement and air brakes before start of training class.
