The Broadband Technician is responsible for residential installation and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a high level of focus on customer service, customer education, and quality of work. This role will be responsible for ensuring and recording correct RF signal levels. The Broadband Technician is required to communicate with leadership and dispatch as needed. Where you will work: This position will be based in Astound's Seattle, WA office and would be an in-office/field role.
