We are hiring for a part-time BIM Manager position. The candidate will be responsible for managing, strategizing, creating and executing our Building Information Modeling platform for isgenuity as well as managing other software, hardware, applications and plug-ins. Candidates must have extensive current experience with REVIT and other Autodesk software including Autodesk Construction Cloud. This is an in-person position anticipated to be 24 hours/week. Professional responsibilities and attributes include: Current and extensive experience with Autodesk REVIT and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Team player who can mentor and educate staff on best practices for Building Information Modeling systems. Develop and maintain procedures for BIM systems including a master schedule for office-wide systems as well as project-related BIM best practices. Manage and develop our in-office templates and coordinate updates at regular intervals. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement standards for plug-ins for BIM systems for rendering, automation and connectivity with other platforms. Manage, develop, create and maintain standards, families, libraries and other key attributes. Train new staff on our BIM systems and standards as well as build existing staff BIM competencies across the office. Update and maintain all BIM software systems on all desktops.
