Job Description Job Description Career Strategies is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Property Manager for a community in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented individual who can handle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy. With strong leadership skills, excellent work ethic, positive attitude, high energy, and the desire to grow with a Property Management Company. Job Title: Bilingual Property Manager Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm) Responsibilities: Supervise leasing and maintenance staff including delegating work, maintaining deadlines, training, and scheduling. Provide customer service to residents resolving any issues that may occur. Tenant screening and processing of credit checks. Semi-monthly payroll reporting. Complete Monthly Operating Reports. Establish work and make-ready schedules. Observe or review contract work and inspect problem areas including buildings and grounds. Ensure company policies and procedures are met. Other responsibilities as assigned/needed. The ideal candidate will also possess the following: Bilingual in Spanish/English required Tax Credit/ Section 8 experience; or affordable housing experience is preferred. Residential Property Management experience. Completion of internal training for affordable housing. Ability to self-manage and prioritize. Exceptional tenant and employee relations skills. Analytical skills for budgeting, marketing, collections, and accounts receivable. Administrative skills for data entry, filing, and answering phones. Computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Internet. Strong written and oral communication skills. Equal Opportunity Employer. Thorough background is required.
